After dashing through the snow, the Babes report on the furry mythical Yeti, or the Abominable Snowman! (Or The Bumble, as we may lovingly know it.) Make sure to cover your teddy bear’s ears in case this gets too scary for them (or if Mr. Fluffles hates it when podcast hosts mispronounce names).

Hey guys! In our last episode, I mentioned I would put together a list of horror related workout essentials that help keep me motivated. Here are some of my favorite things!
App: Zombies, Run!
This app is awesome! You can use it with your Spotify or whatever music player you use. When using the app you’re a survivor of the zombie apocalypse. In the story, you encounter other survivors, go on “runs”. The more you run, the more items and survivors you acquire to build up your base. It can be used for outdoor or treadmill running. It definitely keeps me motivated while doing my much-hated cardio.
Now that you have that great app, you need some shirts that fully express the horror of working out. Some of my personal favorites come from one of my favorite websites: Look Human
Now it’s time to hook you up with some spooky leggings that will have you Creepin’ It Real for leg day. These come from the Online Legging Store
Contain your Creepy with these awesome backpacks from Rebels Market
These websites have a lot of other awesome goodies so definitely check them out. The items posted are just some of my personal favorites.
I hope you enjoyed this list!
Jingle bell, jingle bell, jingle bell, ffuuuuUH-INALLY! The babes are back in time to turn the holidays into HORROR-DAYS. For this week’s report, the girls deliver horror news on some of your favorite (or soon-to-be favorite) horror shows, cannibal-crime cases, and book recommendations. The main horror story this week is about KRAMPUS, the never-ever-to-be jolly foil to Santa Claus. Ellie tells us about the demon-dude’s origins and Nora shares some holiday un-cheer in the Krampus spirit.
Fa-la-la-la-laaaaa, la-la-la-fu-OH! Also, to atone for our sins (read: missing a week), Nora offers a Santa Claus horror story of her own at the end of this episode. It’s a doozy, guys, so stay tuned to the whole thing.
