Hey guys! In our last episode, I mentioned I would put together a list of horror related workout essentials that help keep me motivated. Here are some of my favorite things!
App: Zombies, Run!
This app is awesome! You can use it with your Spotify or whatever music player you use. When using the app you’re a survivor of the zombie apocalypse. In the story, you encounter other survivors, go on “runs”. The more you run, the more items and survivors you acquire to build up your base. It can be used for outdoor or treadmill running. It definitely keeps me motivated while doing my much-hated cardio.
